Recruitment in Apply Bridge

We are currently looking to appoint 1 support worker to join a team of people supporting a young man in his own home.

These hours are worked on a rolling rota, with sleep overs during the week, and possibly at the weekend.

Hourly rate is £6.84 per hour, with a 4% contribution towards a personal pension after a satisfactory probationary period and review.  Sleep overs are paid at £28.09 per night.

Team members must be able to work individually or as part of a team, have an understanding of non traditional communication, and able to provide total personal care.

Team members must also be flexible enough to provide cover for other team members.

We also have a vacancy for a 30 hour position, with 2 sleep overs per week.  This involves the team member working alternate weekends.

The weekend rota starts at 9.00 am on Saturday and finishes at 9.00 am Monday morning.   The second week, the sleep overs are on Wednesday and Thursday evening, with a regular Tuesday day 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Team members must also have a full clean driving license and enhanced disclosure.
